The Réserve Naturelle Nationale des Étangs du Romelaëre is the natural jewel of the Audomarois marshlands, with over 100 hectares of protected nature in the heart of France's largest cultivated marshland. The Blongios trail starts at the Grange Nature and runs for 2.8 km through the reserve.
