The Immaculate Conception chapel was built between 1855 and 1857 and was officially dedicated on 4 October 1857. The inhabitants built this chapel for the glory of Mary Immaculate. You can see it from the town centre, overlooking Sallanches.

Formerly, the Chapelle de la Pierre was a building that contained both a chapel and a school. A teacher taught children there funded by donations by émigrés. It was Abbé Serasset who suggested to locals that this chapel be built (1856-1860).

This small hamlet chapel was dedicated to St-François-de-Sales, St-Symphorien, St-Félix et St-Grat. It's a typical baroque chapel from the second half of the 17th century.

This chapel, first built in 1651 and rebuilt in 1724 is located in an exceptional setting with a stunning view over the nearby mountains. It has harmonious proportions, with a 6-faced bell tower and windows and doors made of Magland stone.

The first construction of this chapel took place in 1637 on the spot where there is a cross today; it was then rebuilt from 1832 to 1833 by local inhabitants. It is dedicated to St Roch. It is the largest chapel in the town.

Behind its quiet and robust appearance, the church of Passy shelters nineteen centuries of history: Roman ex-voto, Romanesque bell tower-porch, 15th century choir, baroque and neo-classical decorations... It invites you on an extraordinary journey through time! The old lady was first mentioned in a deed of gift in 1012. However, the building was altered twice, in the 15th and 17th centuries. While the exterior walls are decorated with a sober gypsum plaster, the interior of the church is more richly decorated. The Arve River springs from the Col de Balme in the Mont-Blanc range. It crosses the hamlet of St Martin then follows several valleys before rushing into the Rhône. The Sallanche River is a tributary of the Arve.

First mentioned in 1225, this bridge probably existed even earlier. Until 1880 it was the only crossing point to access Sallanches. It has had Historic Monument status since 1934 and only became a pedestrian bridge in 1974.

This small church, rebuilt in 1681, harmoniously combines the Baroque decor of the 18th century with the Neoclassical elements of the 19th century. Dating from 1622, this gate is all that remains of the Capucins Convent, which was built in 1620. After its closure in 1793 and its demolition following a fire in 1840, the gate was moved below the walls of Château Brêches, on Place Grenette. This monastery was built as early as 1620, originally on the site of the current Charles Albert Square. At that time, it was located outside the city limits. It was closed during the Revolution (1793) and then demolished after the fire of 1840

This church in Sardinian Neoclassical style, built in 1847, was elevated to a collegiate church in 1893. Dedicated to St Jacques, it has a relic of the saint conserved in the "treasury". It has enjoyed Historic Monument status since 1974.

This is the starting point for many hikes but also a a great place to stay over (Unique view of the Mont Blanc). 40 minutes from the refuge, you can climb the recent climbing routes in the sector of Barmerousse. This site is also renowned to paragliders. There are 3 take-off zones nearby, the nearest less than 5 minutes away. There are 3 different landing points 1000m below. In good weather, dinners can be taken outside on the terrace watching the sunset. Breakfast can be enjoyed at sunrise.
