Description

The climb up to Passy Plaine-Joux is one of the must-dos in the Mont-Blanc region. As you make your way up, take in the splendid panoramic views of the Fiz mountains and Mont-Blanc, and pass through the various hamlets of Passy Mont-Blanc.

The Passy Plaine-Joux cycle climb attracts many cyclists. The slope is steady, the scenery inspiring and the points of interest numerous.
At the summit, take in the breathtaking view of the limestone cliffs of Les Fiz and Mont-Blanc, directly opposite. If you'd like to observe this natural gem and add a bit of elevation gain to your outing, continue on to Lac Vert and back.
Along the way, you'll also discover an array of contemporary sculptures, each more surprising than the last.
At Plateau d'Assy, you'll pass by former sanatoriums and the famous Notre-Dame-de-Toute-Grâce church, a masterpiece of Sacred Art.
