This short pleasant walk takes you through the many vineyards that make up the charming vineyard of Châtillon en Diois. Departure from the Cabanon du Maupas (parking in front of the cellar), take the direction of Châtillon-en-Diois. Always follow the yellow and green markings between the directional signs, take the road for a hundred meters before turning right, between vineyards and crops, then reach a crossroads where a directional panel invites you to continue the walk.1 et le Serre du Poêt 2, ici une halte s'impose. ">The route goes to the right, to reach the Cabanon du Poet 1 and the Serre du Poêt 2, here a stop is required.3 et le Ruisseau du Pibou 4, avant de prendre la direction du Cabanon du Poêt pour rejoindre Beylière 5 et Les Cerisiers 6.">This discovery of the vineyard of Châtillon and its characteristic huts continues through Barsac 3 and the Ruisseau du Pibou 4 before heading towards the Cabanon du Poêt to join Beylière 5 and Les Cerisiers 6. 7 puis le Cabanon du Poêt, le Cabanon du Maupas, le point de départ de la promenade n'est alors plus très loin. ">To finish the discovery of this vineyard through Les Quatre Chemins 7 then the Cabanon du Poêt, the Cabanon of the Maupas, the starting point of the walk is no longer very far.This itinerary is flexible to your convenience. There are several paths in the vineyards that can be borrowed, it is up to you to compose your itinerary in the middle of the vineyards and the numerous sheds.

Go on the heights around the Rocher de Combau, magnificent panoramas await you on the south of the hauts plateaux du Vercors in particular. Departure of Nonières (parking in the hamlet), direction Col de Côte Chèvre 1. Follow the yellow-green markings and take the path just behind the hotel "Le Mont Barral". Farther on, cut the road to Col de Menée and continue between forests and clearings. The trail follows a wood of spruces and pines with hooks to emerge at the Col de Côte Chèvre. After enjoying the spectacular view, this hike continues through the crossing of a scree before reaching the road at the crossroads Granges de Combau 2. For a moment, take the road that goes around the rock of Combau, to the directional post that tells you Liodève 3. From there, leave the tar for a nice path in the underbrush that runs along the creek of Combau (always yellow and green markings). After crossing the road again twice, reach Liodève. The return to Nonières is effected by the GR 93.

The Archiane Circus has become a breeding ground for the tawny vulture. It combines many assets to generate exceptional aerology and facilitate the flight. The cliffs, their verticality, their extent, their limestone nature and their southern exposure, offer an exceptional habitat. The "Vulture Trail" provides a better understanding of the presence of four species of Vultures present in the Vercors. Departure from Archiane (parking 200 meters before the hamlet), join the first houses by the small road, a directional sign invites you to follow "The Vultures Trail" through L'Aubaise 1. By the GR 93, a path furrowing in the boxwood makes it possible to reach the crossroads of L'Aubaise. From there, leave the GR that goes north and the High Plateaux of the Vercors to Belvedere 2. After a nice break at this beautiful place, continue on the trail always following the yellow and green markings. You soon arrive at the bottom of Cirque d'Archiane. The rest of the path leads gradually to the starting point of this magnificent walk.

Discover the unspoiled nature of the Vallon du Paradis, from the Abbey of Valcroissant you will walk along the slopes of the Glandasse mountain. Departure from the Abbey of Valcroissant (parking), you are at one of the many entrance doors allowing access to the Reserve Naturel des Hauts Plateaux du Vercors. The hike starts with a very progressive ascent to the crossroads Le Fays 1. Continue towards Les Quatres Chemins 2, then Le Comptoir à Moutons 3 by a very nice path with numerous points of view which leads to Col Fauchard 4. From there, always following the yellow-green markings, the itinerary goes down slightly to the Col de l'Abbaye 5. Take the direction of Pas de la Roche 7 by the GR 95 (white-red markings), go to the crossroads L'Allier 6 and then take the forest track for a moment. At Pas de la Roche, finish the circuit by the small road that leads to the car park of the Abbey.

Storm Mount Barral. At the top, admire the Dévoluy massif and its majestic mountains such as the Grand Ferrand and the Aiguilles de Lus. Departure from Col de Menée (parking), take the direction of Mont Barral, passing by The Tunnel 1 then Pré Rond 2. The trail is narrower and the slope gradually increases along the ridge to the summit of Mount Barral 3 (beautiful panorama over the whole region). From there, continue south to reach Crête de Jiboui Crest 4 and then turn to the right to take the GR 93 (white-red markings) for a moment until the Paturage de Jiboui  junction 5. The return to the Col de Menée takes place along a path along the alpine meadows and in the undergrowth (yellow and green markings).

Walk through the wide open spaces of several important alpine pastures. From the passes of Tournerond and La Chante, admire the sumptuous panorama of the peaks surrounding you, you will leave with unforgettable images full head. At the Pont des Amayères (parking), take the path that enters the gorges towards the Bergeries des Amayères 1. To the sheepfolds, the valley separates in two, take the left one which goes towards the Valle de Tranchemule 2, go along a small stream. After crossing the Vallon de Tranchemule, the trail stiffens to reach the Col de Tournerond 3. Join the Col de la Chante 4 crossing the alpine slopes to your right. Once on the ridge, you will descend to the pass. Leave the ridge and descend into the hollow of the valley to reach La Cassa 5. The trail, leading to the foot of the Chevalet mountain, widens and continues for a moment flat, then descends to the crossing of the Reservoir 6. From there, continue straight, cross the hamlet of Sièzes 7 and Chemin des Miellons 8. In the first turn of the road, a path allows to cut the laces to join the Pont des Amayères more quickly.

The state forest of Glandasse covers more than 21 km². Under Mediterranean influence, there are mainly oaks and black pines. The mountain of Glandasse dominates the Diois from the top of its 2,041 meters. Its cliffs are popular for climbing, while the plateau at its summit is a place of estive for many sheep. Included in the nature reserve of the Hauts Plateaux of the Vercors, the fauna and flora are rich. From the Col des Caux, it is the Roc d'Ambane (1,958 m) that stands in front of you.

Adjacent to the foothills of the southern Vercors, sun-drenched and surrounded by vineyards. Laval d 'Aix can boast of having on its territory the Dome or Pic Ferré, climax (2041 m) of the mountain of Glandasse.

Les gourmands n'ont pas matière à saliver. Les Sucettes de Borne sont en fait des rochers très effilés, en forme de sucette, près du hameau de Borne. Elles sont le fruit de longs processus géologiques, tectonique d'abord (les couches calcaires sont ici redressées à la verticale) et d'érosion ensuite. The impressive limestone cliffs of the circus of Archiane dominate the hamlet of the same name of more than 1000 m. More than 100 million years ago, we were here under an ocean, this one deposited the sediments that now form the plateau of the Vercors. Then, the uprising of the Alps, as well as erosion gave its current form to the site. It is a place where the fauna (Bouquetin, Chamois, Gypaète Barbu, Griffon Vulture ...) and the flora are rich there. Outdoor activities are also very present with hiking and climbing.

2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and one with a double and a single) in a large, tastefully renovated village house. Breakfast made with wide range of homemade products served on the terrace in Summer with superb mountain views. There is lounge to relax on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the guest rooms with 2 bedrooms and their bathrooms. The 20m² bedroom has a king size bed and a bathtub in the bathroom. The 32m² bedroom has a bathroom and shower, 2 single beds that can be combined to make a super king size bed, and an extra single bed. The toilet is in the bathroom. You can sunbathe on the deckchairs of our South-East facing terrace on the landing where breakfast is served! There is a living room on the ground floor and separate entrance for the living room and the bedrooms.

The campsite and its lake are at the heart of the Drôme, at the foothills of the Vercors mountains and a perfect gateway to Provence. This is the campsite where everything sparkles! Sun, lake, nature and the famous Clairette - the region's sparkling wine - will delight the whole family. A warm family welcome awaits you in our campsite with fun activities for everyone. Our delimited tent pitches are spacious, shaded, with views of the mountains. Between vineyards and lavender fields, under the walnut tree’s shade or in the sun, come and find the perfect pitch for a relaxing holiday. Water will be the common thread running through your stay: enjoy peaceful swimming in the campsite lake, warm and comfort in the indoor heated swimming pool or adventures in the local rivers, where you can practice canoeing and/or canyoning. The surrounding mountains invite you to enjoy family outings and hikes to discover the Vercors Regional Nature Park and the Nature Reserve. More sporty pursuits include le Claps via ferrata (an astonishing rocky chaos), mountain biking on the Chemins du Soleil trail or hikes on la Grande Traversée du Vercors (GTV) trails.
