The Montalibord farmhouse features a Saracen-style mantel with a square, pyramidal bolster of an uncommonly abraded form. It is surmounted by a wrought-iron cross and its sides are decorated with triangular imbrications. Dendrochronological analyses show that the house was built in 1450, 1517-1518 and underwent several alterations in 1780. The chimney and roof were listed in 1944, and the whole farmhouse in 1974. Grandval farmhouse, named after an ancient parish, has been brought back to life by Morgan Benoît, the new owner since 2021.
