Description

On this route, you will cross the vast meadowland of the Saône, with its farmland and meadows, and return along the old towpath alongside the Pont-de-Vaux canal.

This floodplain stretches as far as the eye can see. Rich in plant species, it offers a succession of colours through the seasons. A favourite stopping-off place for migratory birds, the meadow resounds with their songs.
