This short pleasant walk takes you through the many vineyards that make up the charming vineyard of Châtillon en Diois. Departure from the Cabanon du Maupas (parking in front of the cellar), take the direction of Châtillon-en-Diois. Always follow the yellow and green markings between the directional signs, take the road for a hundred meters before turning right, between vineyards and crops, then reach a crossroads where a directional panel invites you to continue the walk.1 et le Serre du Poêt 2, ici une halte s'impose. There are several paths in the vineyards that can be borrowed, it is up to you to compose your itinerary in the middle of the vineyards and the numerous sheds.

Discover the charming village of Châtillon and its surroundings by bike and family. Departure from the village of Châtillon, follow the markers n ° 10 of green color. Crossing at the crossroads Le Moulin 1, Champassiasse 2 then Pont de Menglon 3. Return to the village by joining Le Moulin again.

Discover the unspoiled nature of the Vallon du Paradis, from the Abbey of Valcroissant you will walk along the slopes of the Glandasse mountain. Departure from the Abbey of Valcroissant (parking), you are at one of the many entrance doors allowing access to the Reserve Naturel des Hauts Plateaux du Vercors. The hike starts with a very progressive ascent to the crossroads Le Fays 1. Continue towards Les Quatres Chemins 2, then Le Comptoir à Moutons 3 by a very nice path with numerous points of view which leads to Col Fauchard 4. From there, always following the yellow-green markings, the itinerary goes down slightly to the Col de l'Abbaye 5. Take the direction of Pas de la Roche 7 by the GR 95 (white-red markings), go to the crossroads L'Allier 6 and then take the forest track for a moment. At Pas de la Roche, finish the circuit by the small road that leads to the car park of the Abbey.

The Archiane Circus has become a breeding ground for the tawny vulture. It combines many assets to generate exceptional aerology and facilitate the flight. The cliffs, their verticality, their extent, their limestone nature and their southern exposure, offer an exceptional habitat. The "Vulture Trail" provides a better understanding of the presence of four species of Vultures present in the Vercors. Departure from Archiane (parking 200 meters before the hamlet), join the first houses by the small road, a directional sign invites you to follow "The Vultures Trail" through L'Aubaise 1. By the GR 93, a path furrowing in the boxwood makes it possible to reach the crossroads of L'Aubaise. From there, leave the GR that goes north and the High Plateaux of the Vercors to Belvedere 2. After a nice break at this beautiful place, continue on the trail always following the yellow and green markings. You soon arrive at the bottom of Cirque d'Archiane. The rest of the path leads gradually to the starting point of this magnificent walk.

Go on the heights around the Rocher de Combau, magnificent panoramas await you on the south of the hauts plateaux du Vercors in particular. Departure of Nonières (parking in the hamlet), direction Col de Côte Chèvre 1. Follow the yellow-green markings and take the path just behind the hotel "Le Mont Barral". Farther on, cut the road to Col de Menée and continue between forests and clearings. The trail follows a wood of spruces and pines with hooks to emerge at the Col de Côte Chèvre. After enjoying the spectacular view, this hike continues through the crossing of a scree before reaching the road at the crossroads Granges de Combau 2. For a moment, take the road that goes around the rock of Combau, to the directional post that tells you Liodève 3. From there, leave the tar for a nice path in the underbrush that runs along the creek of Combau (always yellow and green markings). After crossing the road again twice, reach Liodève. The return to Nonières is effected by the GR 93.

A family stroll along the water of the Pas des Ondes, true "oasis” of the Baronnies Provençales. By being parked in the Pas des Ondes car park (parking and access to the water body in July and August are not free), return to the entrance gate of the site. Take the bank path between the Oule river and the lake : The starting point of the theme trail "Faune aquatique du Pas des Ondes" is located there. Follow this flat path for 600 meters to the end of the second lake and pass to the left of the educational pond. 1- Shortly after the two fishing pontoons, facing the hill surmounted by the ruins of the castle, take the small path that goes up the slope. After a turn on the left, the path leads to another path: take a right on this new path crossing towards the river, down to a road. Take a left on the path which turns into a path and join the bank of the river to a pebble beach. 2- Turn back and join the previous intersection. 3- Follow straight on the flat path between the river and the treatment plant and return to the educational pond. 4- Continue the tour of the water bodies along the banks by the flat road or the path through the grass that can be seen near the shores of water bodies.

On the flanks of the southern fringe of the Vercors, the gentle ridge dotted with lavender, offers breathtaking views of the imposing cliffs of Glandasse and a remarkable beech forest with a return to the torrent bed.

This 13-kilometer loop trail in the Oule Valley can serve as a first step toward tackling the red-level trails. It features beautiful sections through the woods, past ruins, and along the ridges that run along the Montagne de Maraysse. To start with, the route consists of 10 km of forest trail. With no difficulty on the ascent, this first section is easy to ride and shares the path with the Chemins du Soleil. A sign explains the history of forestry and agriculture in the Oule Valley. Shortly after the hamlet of “Les Garenses” (1,170 m), you can continue on the forest road (instead of taking the trail) for about 1 km until you reach the Maraysse ridge. There is a picnic table and a panoramic view from the ridge.The final 3 kilometers, on the trail, are more technical with steep descents, ravines, and ruts. This section is ideal for enjoying a first foray into technical terrain. The hike ends on a pleasant, well-marked forest track before reaching the road leading to the heart of the village of Montmorin.

A challenging and scenic route that lets you experience the tranquility of the Oule Valley and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.  Starting from Montmorin, follow the road uphill for 4 km to the forest ranger station of the Val d’Oule National Forest. Take the easy forest trail to climb 600 meters in elevation over 6.5 km, up to the Duffre plains. Turn left to begin the descent. The trail starts on a ridge path; the unobstructed view allows you to see the Oule Valley, Maraysse Mountain, and on a clear day, catch a glimpse of Mont Ventoux. Be careful, however, as some sections can be technical in wet weather. The route then passes through the woods on a smooth, fast, and very fun singletrack with no difficulty. Descend along an old grassy trail below the Col des Pros and stay alert for the hard-to-see switchbacks. Continue on a technical trail. Caution: a section of about 50 m requires you to dismount to avoid falling (warning sign on site). The upper part of the trail is fairly rolling and smooth, then becomes more rugged with moderate hairpin turns in the second section. This trail leads back to the forest ranger station. Return to the starting point via the same road.

Rebuilt as it was in Luc between 1860 and 1952. Numerous tools, labels and registers bear witness to yesterday's economy. A fun exhibition with drawers to open and sound samples to listen to... For a guided tour of the museum please ask the Town Hall (Mairie.) The Rolland family have been saddlers in Luc-en-Diois from father to son from 1860 to 1952. Max, the last saddler of the village, closed his shop as tractors replaced draft horses on a large scale... Long after he had stopped working, he had left all his tools untouched. As if they were waiting for your visit to tell you all about this meticulous leather work… His workshop has been faithfully recreated in order to show the timeless gestures, between yesterday and today. This is also an opportunity to imagine what was life in Luc-en-Diois during the first half of the 20th century, then thriving with numerous shops and a freight train connexion. The exhibition is accessible to all, including people with reduced mobility. It is both educational and fun with the chance to explore the old tools kept in secret drawers, answer riddles and listen to ambiant sounds recreating yesteryear's atmosphere. The Museum is part of Musée de Die et du Diois and is open on request at the Town Hall (Mairie)

Showcasing the collection of this famous Lucois, a passionate amateur geologist. He collected over 4,500 fossils throughout his life. A selection is presented here, along with explanations of the geology of the Diois region. Group visits on request.

The temple stands on a small square where three huge poplars, the trees of liberty, once stood. The side entrance bears the date 1790. Poyols was an entirely Protestant village, with late 16th and early 17th century houses lining a narrow main street.

I am a stained glass and ceramics artist, I also offer introductory courses in stained glass and modelling. Passionate about art, ceramics and stained glass have been at the crossroads of my artistic development. Contact with materials, whether earth or glass, has opened up a vast field of creative opportunities. I recently moved to the Drôme region where the natural environment inspire my work.

Former Beaumont temple, built in 1856 and converted to residential use.

The first temple was demolished in 1683, when it was accompanied by a cemetery. The Menglon church had its own pastor in the mid-17th century.

Near the Col de Pourcieux, a grotto is said to have been the site of desert assemblies, and the Protestants pursued there are said to have buried precious objects. The cave was sealed off in the 19th century. It was the farmers who blocked it off, tired of losing cattle.

The church in Lesches en Diois was an annex of Baurières. In 1683, by royal decree, the church was suppressed and the temple demolished. As early as 1630, a parliamentary ruling ordered the consuls of Lesches en Diois to return the baptismal font stones and stoup from the public fountain to the church, and ordered them to choose a special place to bury Protestants, forbidding the use of the Cartholian cemetery.

La Cabane des Oiseaux, an adventure suspended in the trees ! Between 5 and 7 meters above the ground, this tree house is made of two structures linked by a footbridge. The first structure contains : a bedroom for 4 people. The second : a fully equipped kitchen corner. Plus a sauna and a pond for swimming on the ground. 1 double bed, 2 single bunk beds. The shower is at the back of the owner's house. A dry toilets is on the ground near the tree house. Access to the tree house is by foot only - a 7 minutes's walk. Therefore, please remember to take a small travelling bag. Baby equipment available on demand.
