Located on the banks of the Rhone charming Dauphinoise residence dating from 1680 with the small chateau de Vertrieu, this village has 2 other chateaux the earliest dating from the 13th century. Our house is composed of 2 apartments and 5 guest rooms including a suite, with relaxing views of the Monts du Bugey. It is surrounded by a park of more than 8000m2, on the banks of the Rhone, in absolute calm. 3 years of work turned this pleasant and functional residence into a real haven of peace. The different types of accommodation allow guests to relax in a contemporary or more elegant world. I worked as a decorator for more than 30 years and my partner for over 12 years. Through our numerous journeys, we have created cocooning ambiences while retaining the practical element, using materials mostly made in France and of proven, unmatched quality. Our linen is our CASSIOPEE Home Collection, chosen for luxury boats, homes, prestigious hotels, with the Oeko tex label. The decorative objects, paintings and sculptures are by well-known artists with increasing reputations. All the decorative objects and the majority of the paintings or sculptures are for sale. Customers can appreciate the pieces in a real context and imagine them in their interior.

The menu is prepared using local produce selected from 22 committed producers. When you walk through the door of Marché Balmolan, you meet Céline, a young woman with a passion for preparing delicious local dishes. The menu, which follows the rhythm of the seasons and is supplied daily, features local specialities but is also perfect for vegetarians. The restaurant is located at the very heart of the grocery shop, between the shelves of wines, local spices, jams, craft beers and spreads.... In season, you can also enjoy the outdoor terrace overlooking the cliffs of the Isle Crémieu. The bread that accompanies the menus and is also available for sale is baked every Sunday over a wood fire. There is an oven in front of the shop. It includes all the equipment you need everyday… It is composed of 2 floors : upstairs, there are 6 rooms of 4 beds, one room of 2 beds (with bunk beds in each room), showers and toilets. Please bring your sleeping bags, pillows and toilet bag. We provide fitted sheets. The cottage of Espace Eau Vive is a friendly and functional accommodation, ideal for sports groups, associations, kayak clubs or families looking for a simple and practical place in nature. With a capacity of 26 beds, it consists of rooms equipped with single bunk beds and common areas designed to facilitate group life. You will find a large fully equipped kitchen, a spacious refectory, a relaxation room (living room), as well as two sanitary blocks. Bed linen is not provided: each participant must bring their own duvet and/or sheets. Located right next to the artificial river, the cottage offers privileged access to whitewater activities, technical internships or multi-activity stays. In order to ensure the comfort of all and preserve the tranquility of the place, the cottage does not host festive events (EVG/EVJF, birthdays, rugby clubs or similar). It is mainly aimed at groups seeking calm, sport and cohesion in a natural setting. Not provided: sponges, dishwashing liquid or dishwasher tablets, dish towels, toilet paper... The cottage is available from 2pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated before 11am on the day of your departure.

The campsite, certified Accueil Vélo, is located right next to the ViaRhôna cycle route. It is ideal for cycle tourists, kayakers and nature lovers. It offers traditional pitches as well as unique accommodation such as Trapper and Domino tents. Located in the heart of Île de la Serre, between nature and artificial white-water river, Camping de l'Espace Eau Vive is a 2-star campsite designed to accommodate athletes, kayakers and all those who are looking for a simple, authentic stay. Its green environment and friendly atmosphere make it an ideal stop along the ViaRhôna or a perfect starting point for a weekend of sports. The campsite offers 37 pitches, suitable for tents, vans and small motorhomes. A few shaded pitches are available, but the majority are in sunny areas: it is therefore advisable to plan something to protect yourself from the sun. For an unusual stay, 7 atypical accommodations are offered : - 3 Domino tents: At the heart of the white water space site, the 3 domino tents have a capacity of 6 beds each. A dining area with two refrigerators and 2 gas hobs as well as a common tent with tables and benches for meals is available. - 4 Trapper Tents: The trapper area is composed of 4 wooden tents with 6 beds each, a 3m x 3m kitchen tent with two refrigerators, 2 gas hobs as well as a 32m2 common tent with tables and benches for meals. For all tents: Provide pillows, fitted sheets, sleeping bags (only the mattress protector is provided), toilet paper and all kitchen essentials (pots, dishes, cutlery...). There is no heating or lighting in the tents (lighting in the kitchen and meal tents only). The campers have a common toilet block, functional and maintained (toilet paper not provided). At the entrance of the campsite, a sheltered 200 m2 barnum equipped with tables and benches allows to meet, shelter or share meals. The services include: free Wi-Fi, possibility of electric connection 5A for a fee, and a snack bar open in season offering ice creams, cold drinks and hot drinks. There is no catering on site. The campsite particularly appeals to kayakers thanks to its immediate proximity to the artificial river of the Espace Eau Vive. The evening atmosphere is generally calm, with campers mainly coming to train, recharge or attend sports camps.
