When you arrive at Les Granges, follow “Agy (La Croix)” again. You will arrive at Les Chalets de Fimaloz, where you can enjoy a beautiful view. From Fimaloz to Agy (La Croix): 30 minutes When you reach the signpost marked “Fimaloz,” follow the direction “Agy (La Croix) via La Bordaz.” Then continue toward “Agy (La Croix).” You will pass the La Tanière restaurant and the cross-country ski center. Continue straight on, pass the "Flatières" school stadium then cross the cross-country ski trails twice (be careful with skiers) before returning to the starting path to go back down, "Sous la Bordaz", to the ski center.

From the Nordic center, take the wide path towards Haut des Flatières. Then take the path on your right and go up to the picnic table at the top of the mound. The Chevran mountain offers lovely views of the Arve valley and the surrounding mountains. A path, easy to access and without difficulty, takes you through mountain pastures and forests before arriving at the exceptional panorama. Step-by-step guide : From the Cross to the Maladière cliff: 40 minutes. Climb the carriage path. It is steep for a few meters. Cross the mountain pastures of Chevran from below and from above. A family walk with children (from 6 yrs old), do not hike in case of misty conditions. The Chevran mountain is located between 3 different communes : Cluses, St Sigismond and Arâches-La Frasse. You will find different notice boards throughout the walk. A specific theme is developed at each notice board. You just have to follow the red arrows. Sometimes you will have a rope to help you but there is no difficulty. Beautiful point of view. Benches. Variation: Be careful. After the point# 13, a way which goes on the left “Rappel trop” take child’s hand. At the point# 16, view on the villages of Nancy and Romme/cluses and the Arve Valley (river which starts in Chamonix and finishes in the Rhône after 107km). Follow the way and you will go down in a glade. Variation: A path goes on the left towards “Pointe de Chevran” 1222m (15mn). Come back on the same way to continue and finish the tour.

Built in the XIVth century by Nicod Festi, it is dedicated to the Burgundian king Sigismond. In 1471, Antoine Noblet took in charge the refurbishment and extension of the building. From this Gothic era, we only have left the little side door with 3 pointed arch. A stoup in his tribute is visible behind the presbytery. Refurbished at the beginning of the XIXth century by the priest Rouge, it will impress you with all its ornaments and details : onion-shaped steeple, baroque and neoclassic altars, Gothic porch, cupola... A fresco representing the king Sigismond as a martyr could never be completed for the painter died before he finished it. Inside, in the place where the transept usually represent the 4 elements dominated by the sky, the sculptor decided to represent the 4 Gospels : Matthew with a sculpture of a winged man, Mark with a lion, Luke with a winged steer, and John with an eagle. The church is closed to the public besides the masses but a request can be done at the city hall. The history of this chapel is not well known, but its construction dates back to 1560, when St. François de Sales passed through the parish of Flérier.

Dedicated to the Holy Virgin this oratory is situated above the Ballancy Chapel at the crossing of 4 paths: from la Frasse to Balme and from Araches to the 'Green Cross' in La Frasse.

The first chapel was built in 1680, destroyed during the French Revolution, then rebuilt, larger, in 1818.
