Close to the Grésigne forest, the Mespel path follows the shapes of the arid hills and allows you to discover the diversity that makes this region so rich. Natura 2000 area. Facing the ramparts of Puycelsi, an orchard unlike any other welcomes and carefully preserves the most hardy species of fruit and vines... A true genetic reservoir and precious guardian of forgotten flavours. The conservatory of ancient fruit species and vines: They were known in the past and the countryside was full of them in their orchards, but today, a certain number of fruit and vine varieties are disappearing. This is why the Department of the Tarn created the conservatory in 1986.
