The house comprises two interconnected flats: - An 11m² bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), with the option of installing 1 foldaway bed. - An 11m² bedroom with two 90x200 single beds (which can be converted into a 180x200 king-size bed), including a mezzanine accessible via a secure mezzanine ladder with a 140x200 double mattress. - A lounge area with coffee table, wood-burning stove, television, DVD player, hi-fi system and bookcase. - A fully-equipped kitchen (oven, 3-burner induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, selective sorting bin) opening onto the living room and outdoor wooden terrace. - A shower room with walk-in shower (hairdryer, organic soap and shampoo). - A 12m² bedroom with private shower room, queen-size bed (160x200), possibility of installing 1 foldaway bed. - A living room with kitchenette and lounge including a sofa bed (80x190) and a 70x190 mattress. - Two separate WCs. - A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, hoover, organic cleaning materials and products. - A south-facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. - North-facing terrace with garden furniture. Access for travellers : On arrival, you can park your car in the private car park next to the accommodation. If you arrive early or leave late, you can leave your luggage here. Exchanges with travellers : I will be available to hand over the keys and show you around the house. If you need me, I'll be happy to share some good ideas for walks and other tips. Don't hesitate to ask! Other comments : - Household linen is provided, bed linen (beds made), small and large towels, table towels, tea towels and glass towels as well as basic necessities (liquid soap, shower shampoo, sponge, washing-up liquid, tablets, groceries). - An end-of-stay cleaning service is available (at an additional cost). - Internet access is free (Wifi). - Bicycles, a children's trailer and a children's bicycle seat are available on a self-service basis. Surfboards are available on request. - Baby equipment (high chair, cot, baby bath) is available. - Arrivals are from 5pm and departures from 10am. - Please do not exceed the number of people indicated at the time of booking and inform me in advance of any visitors. Bookings : For all booking requests, please indicate the number of travellers (adults and children) and your dates of stay. - Bookings for two nights or more, for weekends with public holidays, for a minimum of 4 nights during the All Saints', Christmas and February holidays, and for a week during the Easter and summer holidays. - The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people, including children under 2. A supplement of €15/pers/day will be applied for more than 6 people. - Weekend rate at 40% of the weekly rate - Mid-week rate (4 nights) at 65% of the weekly rate - A 5% discount is granted for early bookings made at least 6 months in advance. - The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals (with proof). - Tourist tax is included in the rental price.
