Welcome to our house by the sea, where you'll find all the comforts you need for a great stay!

Located in a residence with a caretaker all year round, you can walk along the pedestrian walkways to the swimming pool and its paddling pool (open and heated from 15 June to 15 September), the bowling green or the children's play area...

On the ground floor, the house offers a living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area, a sitting room with WIFI internet TV and a shower room with Italian shower and WC (wardrobe).
Upstairs, the staircase leads to a bedroom with 2 90x190 bunk beds and a closed bedroom with a 140x190 bed and TV (cupboards and chest of drawers).
There's a lovely terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs, so you can make the most of our beautiful Vendée sunshine! (enclosed, landscaped garden).

Come and discover our region, the house is located between Les Sables d'Olonne (16 km) and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie (15 km), the sea is 600 m away, there are numerous cycle paths and hiking trails....

Brem sur mer is a town with all amenities: Vival, Lidl, tabac presse, bars, bakeries, hairdressers, beauty salon, restaurants (Les Genêts Michelin-starred restaurant 10 minutes' walk away), bike hireo.....Super U with drive 2 km away.
