It’s autumn – time to bring in the salt! From 10am to 6pm, a seasonal gourmet market featuring tastings of local produce, traditional entertainment, folk songs and dances, traditional crafts, threshing of mogettes, local expertise, apple pressing and treillée, a guided walk through the salt marshes with a salt worker, and Vendée and Breton folk performances.
