This gite consists of a spacious living/dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster). Two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with twin beds, a shower room, separate toilet. Basement with washing machine, dryer and a room that can be used as a playroom. Wifi. Located in the heart of the village of Pontmain, near to the basilica, its arboretum and a magnificent forest, your host Martine offers the comfortable and modern flat "Auprès de mon arbre" on the first and top floor of a local stone house. The 75 m2 flat can accommodate 2 to 3 people and includes: - a living room with a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting area - a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed - bathroom with bath, separate toilet - laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, steam generator and hoover. Built in the 14th century right on the sea front to defend the drying port of Régneville, this fortress is dominated by the spectacular ruins of the dungeon. Walk along the interpretation path, following the ancient moats, to discover the tumultuous history of the castle during the 100 Years' War, as well as its architecture. The permanent exhibition "Aspects of an estuary: the haven of the river Sienne" will help you learn about the history and natural environments of this preserved coastline. In summer, a regional market is held regularly in the castle courtyard.

Imposing structure of four lime kilns resembling a fortified castle, built in the middle of the 19th century. The limestone extracted on site was calcined to obtain the lime, used mainly for agricultural purposes. An audible visit to discover the entire site. In the museum, two exhibitions: "from limestone to lime" and "Regnéville, drying port". A film on the history of Regnéville castle is also proposed. Last entry one hour before site closes.

Built from local stone and roofed with zinc to resist the wind, Agon Lighthouse has been a guiding light for mariners since 1856. The lighthouse is intimately linked with the history of Regnéville Harbour, which once enjoyed an annual traffic of more than three hundred ships from diverse origins such as England, Norway and France. The lighthouse is open to the public during special guided tours and exhibitions. Opening times available from the Tourist Office.

Near the family home, she has fitted out a cozy apartment on the 1st floor of the outbuilding where you will spend happy days. From the living room, the view of the bay and its changing colors is superb! On the east side, the balcony terrace accessible from the kitchen and the bedroom is perfect for morning coffee. On the ground floor, the large laundry room and the garage are appreciated for returning from the beach, nautical equipment or motorbikes... You will discover on foot the little heritage treasures of this unique village (the lime kilns, the castle...).

Surrounded by an adorable walled garden, it is ideal for rest. The previous owner had made this contemporary extension to this old stone house. The owners have skilfully renovated it to the delight of families who will put down their suitcases in this rejuvenating place. The house has a very beautiful south-facing terrace. Located between the seaside resorts of Hauteville sur Mer and Agon-Coutainville, you can easily reach the sandy beaches and discover this magnificent coastal area.

This magnificent authentic village borders the estuary of the Siena which flows into the sea forming a graceful curve where sheep graze on salt meadows. The dune point of Agon Coutainville which faces the village offers a sumptuous landscape which delights many walkers. On the heights, the hamlet of Rey is a place of great serenity where Véronique and Yves spend happy days in the old family farmhouse. They offer you 3 different guest rooms to share a moment in this place of happiness. A caravan for bohemian spirits, a small house suitable for long stays and small families or the beautiful classic room in the owners' house.
