It is an incredible project which sees the day along the 8 kilometers of the soft way which connect the lake of Soustons to the ocean beach! SCULPTURES IMAGINED BY CHILDREN AND MADE BY STUDENTS All started from the communal will to develop an educational, environmental and cultural project of territory, concretized thanks to the imagination of the teacher and the pupils of CM2 of the school of Isle Verte and to the meeting with an eco-interpreter with whom they worked on the artistic interpretation of the fauna and the flora met on these 8 kilometers of green way.

This loop guarantees you an incredible diversity of landscapes! The secure cycle paths take you past the ocean beaches, the marine lake of Port d'Albret, the forest of tall pines and the shady shores of Lake Soustons. Get on your bike and discover the beauty of the south coast of the Landes.

Take advantage of this charming semi-detached house in the heart of Herm, a village located in the middle of the Landes forest, 15 min from Saint Paul les Dax and 20 min from the ocean. Nearby amenities include a grocery store, bakery, newsagents and games. Air-conditioned on the first floor, it features a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with lounge and dining area, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a separate bedroom (a second can be created on request). For sunny days, there's a terrace with garden furniture, opening onto a private garden.

The villa is built in a park of 6000 m2 wooded with hundred-year-old oaks in Azur, a small village in the south of the Landes which has kept its charm and authenticity. In the park, you will have at your disposal a heated swimming pool of great standing (6x12) as well as a paddling pool especially adapted for the small ones, the whole is made safe for the children. Next to the swimming pool, you will find a pool-house where you can relax on the deckchairs. Very spacious house for 8 to 24 people specially designed for a successful holiday with family or friends. The oak of Nerthe, located in the commune of Magescq, is a vigorous oak, without any wounds, without dead branches, a young oak in sum of 600 years. It is 27 metres high, the circumference of the trunk measures 6.40 metres to 1.60 metres high. An impressive and magnificent oak, which is worth the detour. You can eventually get there by car, but the path is somewhat difficult. It is easier to get there on foot, as part of a walk of about 1 km
