Pleasantly furnished, single-storey studio apartment adjoining the owner's home, located in a hamlet halfway between the beaches and the Puy du Fou. It comprises a living room/kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and an armchair, and a shower room with toilet. There is a paved terrace (separated from the owner's terrace by a rolling screen). A shared garden of around 1000m² is also available (swing, deckchair, barbecue). Extra charge: Visitor's tax, electric heating: individual meter reading on heating (to be paid to the owner).

Welcome to the "Côté Cour, Côté Jardin" gîte in Les Essarts in the Vendée! Once a stable, this house was renovated in 2012 with a view to retaining its original charm: the exposed stonework has been preserved on the ground floor, while the beams and high ceilings add real character to the first floor. You can enjoy a large living/dining room, a spacious kitchen and the terrace. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, a four-person dormitory, a shower room and a toilet, in addition to those on the ground floor. Our gîte sleeps eight but can accommodate extra beds.
