Gîte in a renovated old house, located in a hamlet, close to the owner's home, on a working farm. Ground floor: living room/kitchen with wood-burning stove, wc, utility/storage room. First floor: 2 attic bedrooms (1 double bed 160) (2 twin beds 90), shower room/wc. Private enclosed grounds of 400 m² with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Parking for 2 cars in front of the gîte:
Electric heating: general meter reading (deduction of 8 KWh per day for current consumption, minimum €7). - Tourist tax to be paid on site.
High season, very high season, mid season and school holidays: Weekly bookings only.
Other periods: Reservation for a minimum of 2 nights.
