Au Petit Bonheur des Gâts

Discover the Vendée during your stay in this gîte, located 15 km from La Roche sur Yon. With an indoor swimming pool and games room, there's plenty to keep you, your family and friends entertained.

On the ground floor, this gîte comprises a large living room/kitchen/lounge with wood-burning stove and karaoke equipment, a toilet and a pool area where you will find a wooden platform (access via 5 steps) with deckchairs and shower, giving access to the heated indoor pool (2.5 x 8m), which is accessible all year round. On the first floor, you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are equipped with a 160cm bed and 1 with a 160cm bed + 1 90cm bed, a shower room/WC, a laundry room, a second shower room and a separate WC. On the 2nd floor, with a slight sloping ceiling, you will find 2 new bedrooms, each with a double bed (200cm) + 1 single bed (90cm) and 3 single beds (90cm), a bathroom, a shower room/WC and a games room with billiards, table football, speakers and video projector. Outside, you'll enjoy 1,000m² of wooded, unfenced grounds, with a terrace, garden furniture, lounge area, barbecue, portico, table tennis table and petanque area. There is also a padel court on site, with rackets available for loan.

The gîte adjoins the owners' house and is located close to a cattle farm.
A private caterer can prepare meals for you (please book 24 hours in advance, contact the owner for details).
