This hike will take you past pretty traditional barns and a beautiful viewpoint over the Larboust Valley! A great way to warm up before tackling the high mountains. Depart from Cazeaux-de-Larboust, on the Route de Oô, and descend to the Paduran mill. Climb up the winding path to the barns of Labach de Cazeaux, then follow a trail that will take you to the Col de la Coume. Follow the track and descend to the right towards Oô. You will follow the stream to reach Cazeaux and the mill.

Ideal for hikers looking for exceptional views! Very accessible and family-friendly, this circular route starts from the car park at the Luchon-Superbagnères resort. This aerial route, dotted with numerous picnic tables, offers breathtaking views of the Cirque des Crabioules, the Aneto and other peaks of the Luchonnais.

The Estives circuit takes you on a journey of discovery through high-altitude pastures and national forest. This relatively accessible trail follows part of the GR10 and the old rack railway line through refreshing flora that is home to the protected capercaillie.

The Circuit des Biches is the longest hiking loop in Luchon-Superbagnères. It will take you to two lakes: La Laquette and the Arbesquens basin. Alternating between forests and more rocky landscapes, this route offers lesser-known and wilder views where you can discover the area and the valley from a different angle.

An "open" loop, bring a hat in summer and ideal in winter due to its sunny location. From these mysterious alignments, you can admire the typical valleys of Larboust and Oueil as well as the resorts of Peyragudes and Superbagnères. Start at the exit of the village of Benqué dessus towards Bourg d'Oueil, follow the yellow and red GRP markings to the cromlechs. At the top, turn left to descend to the bench, then left again to return to Benqué.

Trail accessible in winter. Starting from La Moraine de Garin, you will reach Portet-de-Luchon, the last village before the Col de Peyresourde, then you will reach Jurvielle, Poubeau and Cathervielle, typical neighbouring villages in this valley. Admire the beautiful site of La Moraine de Garin. Please note that there is very little shade! Starting from the Moraine de Garin car park, follow the D618 road to Portet-de-Luchon. Turn left before the church and follow the signs for Jurvielle. Follow signpost no. 44 in the village towards Labach de Cathervielle. Follow the road down to the village of Cathervielle, cross the D76 road to reach the Moraine de Garin.

Trail accessible in winter. A pleasant hike starting from the pretty village of Oô to Garin and its moraine topped by a pretty chapel. This trail is part of route 70, "Between the villages of Larboust". Start after the church in Oô towards Garin, follow the path up to the Garin Moraine, continuing straight ahead until you reach the Moraine.

This route is mainly in the forest and overlooks the Oô valley, with beautiful views along the way. As a bonus, you will pass under the paragliding take-off area. A colourful spectacle. An unusual climb up to the barns of Astau, this path was once used by shepherds to take their flocks up to the summer pastures. Start at the exit of the village of Oô and follow the small road between the houses until you reach the barns of Espoujau. The path then descends to the Astau bridge.

We are delighted to welcome you to the ski resort of Gourette, on the Valentin valley, on the GR10 towards the Col de Tortes. The 200 m outward and 180 m return zip lines are suspended on a cable between two mountains. They are accessible to everyone aged 5 and over. The sensations are guaranteed for zero effort! Built in the 10th and 11th centuries. The main interest of the chapel Saint-Pé la Moraine is however not in its architecture, but in its exceptional decoration (sculptures, reuse ...). Saint-Pierre or Saint-Pé-de-la-Moraine Chapel This pretty chapel is located on a moraine - large mass of ice - of the Larboust glacier. Saint-Pé-de-la-Moraine, built in a mixture of limestone, granite, shale and recuperation of ancient materials. Although reworked at the end of the Middle Ages, it is representative of the style of the first Romanesque art in this mountain Comminges of the Middle Ages based on the richness of its Gallo-Roman heritage. A few cinerary trough lids, these funerary urns, integrated into the chapel, are characterized by slightly less conventional representations. On the buttress of the chevet, notably on the base slab, the sculptor has added attributes (pottery and a series of tools) to the usual simple busts embodying the deceased. It is certainly their professional activity that we wanted to evoke. But the building was implanted in the middle of an area whose traces of occupation go back well beyond this period.Excavations have revealed that the chapel is at the heart of a Neolithic burial site. Inside, the stone paving, probably contemporary to the construction of the chapel, depicts a fish, a Christian symbol from the origins of Christianity. The site has toilet facilities, children's facilities and easy access to a supermarket. In summer, a guinguette is open every evening in July and August (6pm–10.30pm), with music, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), tapas, platters, and payment by credit card or cash.
