Description
This route is mainly in the forest and overlooks the Oô valley, with beautiful views along the way. As a bonus, you will pass under the paragliding take-off area. A colourful spectacle.
Start after the church in Oô towards Garin, turn left towards Gouaux, follow the path to the fork towards the Espoujau barns, then left again towards Oô.

Detailed stages
1 - From Oô, take the path towards Garin.
2 - At the first intersection, turn left. The trail then climbs towards the village of Gouaux de Larboust.
3 - Follow the road for a few metres to reach the lower village of Gouaux de Larboust.
4 - Cross this and take the path leading up the side of the valley overlooking the Oô valley. Not far away is a paragliding take-off area.
5 - Continue straight ahead on the path, which is fairly easy going.
6 - Further on, at a stream, you will begin the descent towards the bottom of the valley. Continue downhill until you reach the Espoujau barns (signpost - 1065m).
7 - At the intersection, turn left to return to the village of Oô.
