Explore the circuit of the three villages by following the Maulde valley (a Natural area of ecological interest, flora and fauna).At the stop sign, go through the fairground towards the cemetery. Take the street that passes in front of the cemetery and walk along it until you reach the next crossroads.At the crossroads, continue straight ahead and, 50 m further on, take the trail that descends into the woods as far as the D16.When you reach the road, go straight ahead towards the beach at Bujaleuf. Be careful when crossing! In the middle of the countryside, the small road doesn't go beyond the tiny hamlet of three dwellings. The gîte is very close to the other two houses. It opens onto a lawn with a lovely view over a 1 ha pond. Ideal for relaxing, hiking and discovering a green region of forests and meadows where superb Limousin cows graze. The beautiful medieval town of Saint Leonard de Noblat is 15 km away.

The house is totally independent and not overlooked, and is located on the small road at the end of the village. At the gable end of the house is a 150 m² enclosed and shaded lawn. Fishing and swimming can be enjoyed at the Bujaleuf lake 4 km away, with an aqualudic pool at Saint Leonard de Noblat 15 km away. Hiking trails are also available in a region that is highly conducive to this activity.

In the Monts et Barrages region, between the medieval town of Saint Leonard de Noblat and Lake Vassivière, Bujaleuf is a small town 35 km east of Limoges, ideal for fishing and hiking. Listed as a Monument Historique since 1984, this church is typical of the small rural churches of the Limousin region built in the 13th century, with its simple plan, wall-belfry and Limousin portal. Its harmony is also due to the local materials used (granite and flat tiles) and the quality of the restoration work carried out between 1996 and 1999. The interior and exterior of the building feature a number of interesting elements: the niche in the bell-wall with a statue of the Virgin and Child, the 15th-century square cross (a monumental cross listed as a Monument Historique) and a funerary liter.
