Panorama sur le village de Bujaleuf et son église du XIIIème siècle. Au cœur du Pays Monts et Barrages en Limousin (labellisé Pays d'art et d'Histoire), aux portes de la montagne limousine, la commune de Bujaleuf est une station verte de vacances, à 35 kilomètres à l'est de Limoges. Intégré au Parc naturel régional de Millevaches, son territoire est représentatif de la zone de contact entre les bas plateaux et la montagne limousine.

The 70-hectare Lac de Sainte-Hélène is ideal for canoeing, kayaking, water skiing, wakeboarding, fishing, sailing and canoe rental. Supervised swimming from July 1 to August 31 (except Wednesdays) from 1:30 pm to 7 pm. Nautical activities including motorboats. Children's playground, multisports field, shaded beach, marked hiking trails (mountain biking, walking and horseback riding), geocaching, pétanque courts, volleyball. Facilities: sanitary facilities, first-aid post, etc. For anglers: carp fishing (night fishing in some areas), bleak, roach, tench, bream, pike? Several fishing pontoons, including one accessible to the disabled (opposite the campsite), and a family trail.

Local produce. Burgers, salads, fondu creusois, meat, fish, daily specials, home-made pastries and many other seasonal suggestions. Catering on site or to take away.

Discovery of the monumental sculptures in granite in the park of the castle realized thanks to the meeting of sculptors in 1986 and 1987 and of the beach of the lake of Saint Helene realized during the symposium of summer 2007.

At the gateway to the Millevaches Regional Nature Park and 35 km east of Limoges, the green holiday resort of Bujaleuf offers an exceptional natural setting, much appreciated by nature lovers. On the hill overlooking the lake, the shady campsite, laid out in terraces, welcomes families, individuals and groups. The communal forest and the lake of 60 ha allow a wide range of activities: from hiking to swimming, fishing or canoeing, mountain bike, pedal boats, paddle... rental. Next to the campsite you will also find the starting point of the night-time Geocaching Tèrra Aventura "Le Dragon de la Maulde".
