This unique event focuses on nature and conviviality, offering a triathlon accessible to all levels, in an exceptional setting. A 100% natural triathlon: the course is both rich and varied, highlighting the natural beauty of Les Sables d'Olonne. The swim takes place in a protected stretch of marshland, offering calm water and a serene experience. The cycling section takes you through the Olonne forest, on a tarmac road surrounded by pine trees. The run takes you through the forest, over the dunes and down to the beach. Several race formats: Race M (individual or relay, 1500m swim, 40km bike, 10km run), MAIF youth races (for 6-9 year-olds and 10-11 year-olds), Race S (individual or relay, 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run), XS race (individual or relay, 400m swim, 8km bike, 2.5km run).
