The rental comprises : - A built-in kitchen, dining room, living room, Italian shower, 1 separate WC, - 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, - A bedroom with 2 bunk beds (1 pull-out bed + 1 folding baby bed + 1 folding bed) There is also a 130 m2 courtyard with garden table, chairs, parasol and barbecue. If you like fishing, a pond is available. Additional information: - The price includes water and electricity, wifi, heating (air-to-air heat pump) and air conditioning in summer. - Workers are also welcome. - Dogs are welcome. - Monthly rental: €700 out of season, €750 in winter.
