Located 13 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne and its coastal beaches, 15 minutes from the Olonne forest, and 1 hour from the Puy du Fou and the Ile de Noirmoutier.

The rental comprises :
- A built-in kitchen, dining room, living room, Italian shower, 1 separate WC,
- 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed,
- A bedroom with 2 bunk beds (1 pull-out bed + 1 folding baby bed + 1 folding bed)

There is also a 130 m2 courtyard with garden table, chairs, parasol and barbecue.
