Mill built in 1856 by the Marquis de Gaudemaris. From the traditional stone millstones, presses and scourtins, the mill is now equipped with ultramodern machinery. Our olive oils have often won awards at the Concours Général de Paris.
This mill was founded in 1856 by the Marquis de Gaudemaris. It now has ultra-modern pressing equipment, but started with the traditional stone wheels, presses and 'scourtins'. The olive oils have often won awards at the Paris Competition (Gold Medal in 1995, 1999, 2000). Extra virgin 100% natural olive oil from the Verdales olives grown in Carpentras. Free entrance, visit on own the old mill (wheels, press, tools). Video projection in GB and D. Max number of people: 25. Free visit.
