Domaine Souviou

In the heart of the prestigieous and confidential Bandol naming, this century-old winery grows authenticity and way of living, between vines and olive trees.
The Domaine Souviou offers to discovrr its wines (AOP Bandol § AOP Côtes de Provence). The winery is rich of century-iold olive trees and products an oil "vierge extra" (AOP huile d'olive de Provence).

The Domaine Souviou is now the property of Roger Jaar, international buisness man, in love woth provence is taking a great car of restauring the winery with respect of nature and history.

- the beauty of the winery between sea and forest
-The bastid from the XVth century and its "angels' wing" chapek which belonged to the french actress Danielle Darrieux
The patrimony which is a testimony od life in the winery during the past centuries :bees "walls", well, "cade" oven, wall in "dry stone" known as "borie".
-A beautiful olive field with more than 7000 trees, unique in provence with milenary-old olive trees.
- A testing cellar built in the rock.

THE SITE
The winery is more than 70Ha of vines, oive trees and forest above the mediterranean. It's a place with more than 1000 years of history.
