Domaine Lou Capelan
Description
Founded in 1992 by Maurice and Veronique SILVESTRI, the Domaine Lou Capelan gives you the opportunity to discover its Bandol wines in La Cadière d’Azur.
Rosé, Red, White, everyone will find the color desired. Feel free to visit us through the events organised the whole year at the Domaine.
Our wines :
We produce Bandol & country wines in all three colors : Red, Rose & White.
For Bandol wine : the harvest must be done by hand. The harvesting machine is forbidden. But, country wines are also harvested by hand.
For Bandol wine, the king grape is mourvedre. Grape variety at late maturity, named also balzac, catalan, espar or mataro.
Our Bandol Red contain 75 to 80% of mourvedre & our Rosé 35 to 45%.
