Bellevaux Brewery

Bellevaux brewery is a family-run microbrewery nestled in the heart of the Ardennes. The fresh water of the Ardennes highlights the fine ingredients used for brewing their beers. Their beers are highfermentation, somewhat cloudy «living» beers in which a layer of yeast can sometimes be seen at the bottom of the bottle. The brewery’s range spans a blonde beer, a dark one, a white beer, a black beer and the Malmedy Tripel.
