L'Elfique

This brewery in Aywaille opened its doors in 2005 and brews L’Elfique, a craft beer from the little village of Sur-la-Heid. Their basic idea is to market a range of delicious products with a sometimes mysterious balance of flavours. Their beers include an amber beer (7°), a white beer (5.5°), a dark Tripel (8°), a blonde Tripel (8°) and an IPA (6°) with hints of litchi and flavoured hop.
