The Saffron of Athos

Au safran d'Athos, natural, organic saffron of the highest quality! Régine has been growing saffron and medicinal plants in Beaucaire in the Gard since 2021.
On the Beaucaire plain since 2021, Réjane has been growing saffron using natural methods, elbow grease and a combination of plants, and is restoring biodiversity around saffron by growing a number of medicinal plants: rosemary, lavender, lavandin, thyme, oregano, clary sage, sage, dandelion, plantain and mugwort.

Proud to be part of the evolution of saffron cultivation in France, she replants every year to make up for any losses (mole rats and wireworms).

You'll find saffron jams, saffron mustard, honey made with saffron, local olive oil flavored with saffron and products from local farmers, except for those that don't grow in France.


Its primary vocation is saffron and all its benefits for our well-being. Add a few medicinal plants and you can detoxify your body.

Please note that saffron only flowers in autumn, from late October to late November, as it rests in summer.
