Description

The winegrowers of LES COLLINES DU BOURDIC produce more than thirty vintages with the High Environmental Value and Organic Agriculture labels. Come and discover their AOP Duché d'Uzès, IGP Coteaux Pont du Gard, Cévennes and OC wines in this cellar dedicated to welcoming and tasting.
Founded in 1928, the winery has never ceased to evolve, with a constant drive for innovation. Today, it brings together 110 winegrowers from the Uzège region in a vineyard with an exceptional microclimate.

Mediterranean sunshine and the proximity of the Cévennes foothills give our wines their distinctive aromatic richness and freshness.

The diversity of the terroir and the rigorous plot selection implemented by the winery contribute to the production of wines of recognized quality and character, regularly awarded the highest distinctions. Meticulous plot selection, rigorous specifications, harvesting at optimum maturity and high-performance winemaking equipment all help to magnify the work of our winemakers.

Wine tourism is another strong point.
The winegrowers offer free tastings of their wines, as well as events: Les Collinades (late July/early August), Alliances Gourmandes (January and July), Festival Primeur (October), in Bourdic or St Maximin, as well as a Discovery Trail starting from the Caveau de Bourdic.
