On-farm cheese production

Description

Cheese produced on the farm from cow's milk: farmhouse Savoy tomme, blue cheese, Savoy raclette, soft cheese, yoghurt, cottage cheese...
As well as buying his products, Albert the farmer invites you to come and watch:
- Milking cows at the end of the day, except Sundays, from 5pm.
Cheese-making every morning by prior arrangement.
