All the cheeses of Auvergne are available as well as some from other regions: cantal, saint-nectaire, fourme d'Ambert, bleu d'Auvergne, salers, roquefort, comté, brie de Meaux, abondance...).
Regional charcuterie and other local culinary specialities.
Open all year round from Tuesday to Saturday noon.
Free visit of the production site during the summer season: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 10am-12pm. Reservation: 04 71 46 81 50.
