APIFLOR: artisanal cookie makers
Description
Today a major player in Auvergne biscuit-making know-how, the company has been making croquants d'Auvergne, sweet shortbread, carrés d'Auvergne and AOP cheese aperitif shortbread by hand since 1986.
Cookies are shaped as they were in the past, in authentic bronze molds. Presentation of the different products, followed by a tasting session.
