The Moulin des Cinq Ponts, Cuers' olive-growing heart and soul!
Since 1920, the Moulin des Cinq Ponts has embodied the passion and expertise of Cuers' olive growers. The last working mill in the commune, this place steeped in history is much more than just a production site: it's the beating heart of olive growing in the Var, where the skills and secrets of exceptional olive oil are passed down from generation to generation.

The mill shop is an invitation to taste and discover. You'll find not only olive oils with subtle aromas, but also products such as tapenades and olive pastes, and candied olives that showcase the work of local artisans.

Le Moulin is keen to make the most of all the olives and what some might call "waste". So the vat bottoms are used to create 100% olive oil soaps with no chemical additives, made by the SaVonette soap factory in the Haut-Var region of France.
In another responsible move, the olive stones are reused to heat the mill and are also used to make cosmetics made in France. These cores, once considered waste, are now a noble raw material.
Because of its long history, the mill perpetuates traditional methods that respect the raw product, but it is also committed to initiatives that are firmly rooted in the present day in terms of waste recycling and eco-responsibility.
