Partners Anatole Poinsot and Gustave Poinsot produce mountain and regional honeys and other products derived from the hive.
Beekeepers Gustave and Anatole manage a herd of 400 hives through the seasons. These two mountain-loving brothers offer a varied range of honeys, pollen and propolis reflecting the quality of the terroirs they carefully select.

Gustave and Anatole devote a large part of their time to the multiplication of colonies and the rearing of quality queens, a key stage in the development of vigorous hives adapted to their mountain environment.

The two brothers harvest propolis, a precious resin used by bees to protect and sanitize the hive. They transform it into enriched honey or a mother tincture, renowned for stimulating the immune system.
