Welcome to Domaine des Hautes Blâches, on the Nyonsais hillsides, founded on family land once owned by the monks of St-Victor Abbey in Marseille. Discover our authentic wines from 30 years of organic & biodynamic viticulture.
Here at Mirabel Aux Baronnies, I practice sustainable agriculture with compost, green manure and natural mulch to enrich the soil and conserve moisture. These plots have been certified organic since 1992 and biodynamic since 2022.
My vineyards in Côtes-du-Rhône and Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Nyons, with their clay-limestone soil and unique microclimate, give my wines great finesse. I produce elegant red wines from Grenache and Syrah, as well as balanced, fresh white wines. My second terroir, Suze-la-Rousse, with its red clay and pebbles, produces full-bodied, rounded wines.
My olive trees, several hundred years old, with their protected Nyons appellation of origin and Tanche variety, produce a sweet, aromatic oil. New for 2025: "La vénérable" olive oil from 2 olive trees several hundred years old, as well as tasty, fleshy olives.
Free tasting.
