For more than 10 years, we have been working to establish traceable, high-quality supply chains, such as our French flour, which comes from sustainable agriculture, including the elimination of insecticide treatments during storage.
Our recipes are constantly reinterpreted, notably to progressively reduce the sugar content, limit additives, favor natural flavors and review portions, so that cookies always remain a pleasure for the taste buds!
