Martial Marchaudon produces bread wheat, barley, rapeseed and the famous durum wheat which allows him, from his own farm production, to make the most delicious pasta with an amber colour and a characteristic cereal flavour.
This farmer offers you six varieties of pasta stamped "Essonne" by his eldest daughter Maureen. The bags are sold in the surrounding farms, delicatessens, butcher shops and local cheese shops.
Consuming their pastas encourages agricultural diversification, which also contributes to the development of short food chains. A unique taste for a healthy eating approach.
