Château Balsamine

In 2006, Christelle and Christophe created Château Balsamine, the fruit of a shared passion. Visit the winery, taste and sell Gaillac wines and olive oil.
The first vinification in 2007 was the start of a long adventure, now recognized. The estate is on a human scale, comprising 15 hectares of vines and olive trees. It is located on the first slopes of Gaillac.
Christelle and Christophe Merle are committed to producing local wines, where terroir, people and grape varieties give full expression to the typicity and authenticity of their wines.
You can come and visit the estate during opening days and hours, on request, for around 30 minutes.
