To be remembered: the Coquillon of the summer crop (white and sweet wine coming from the simultaneous fermentation of chardonnay grape must with honey), the Orang'Ray (orange wine based on red wine of Saint-Pourçain macerated with bitter oranges, lemons and vanilla), the Nois'Ray (walnut wine based on white wine of Saint-Pourçain macerated with green walnuts of the Saint-John), the sparkling wine with wild strawberry, balsamic vinegar from their own crop and the limoncello.
