Cooperative butter factory of Foissiat - Lescheroux - Le Coq d'Or
Description
Since 1938, the cooperative butter factory of Foissiat-Lescheroux collects and transforms the milk of its producers into white cheeses, butter, cream, cheeses (sweet pebbles, coquibresse, old rooster, white cheese in bucket), under the name of Coq d'Or.
