This farm breeds laying hens outdoors since 2015.
Edith Pigeon-Tissot moved to the family farm in 2015, where she diversified the field crop activity (wheat, sugar beets, spring and winter barley, rapeseed, potatoes and lupine).
The hens are fed with cereals produced according to an eco-citizen approach: produce and consume locally. They evolve right in the middle of the 4000m² tree-lined course.
Eggs are sold in the farm shop, via 2 vending machines in the farm and in Breux-Jouy (a few kilometers away), on local markets and in a few vegetable shops.
Recently, it has been offering rillettes and terrines from spent hens.
