Our goats and cows graze on the Cerveyrins pastures to give you the best of our beautiful mountains. Find all the flavors in our quality products, prepared with passion!

Mountain cheese with goat's milk, cow and mix of the two milks.
Circled, ashen, or creamy Lasseron de Goat, Cow
Tomme de Granny and Tupina: typical fabrications of our elders.
Cervairain: fresh or refined lactic, nature or perfumes of the mountain.
Salami, sausage and goat cheese merguez.

October to June = Sunday to Thursday 10h-12h / 16h-18h
Friday 10h-12h / closed on Saturday.
In Alpage at "Chalps":
from June to September = from Sunday to Friday 9h-12h and 14h-18h

From 11/12/2025 to 31/12/2026 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 4 pm and 6 pm. On Friday between 10 am and 12 pm. Closed weekends. Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
