Véronique and Jérôme FOUVET were beekeepers for nearly 15 years. Since 2021, they have concentrated exclusively on making honey-based products. They have created and developed a number of gourmet honey-based recipes, as well as establishing a range of beauty products.
Established since 2007 on the Col du Lautaret, at an altitude of over 2000m, Véronique and Jérôme enjoy processing products from the hive. Their specialties include a pure honey gingerbread and a hiker's bar, as well as nougat, honey jams, honey syrup, honey vinegar and spreads. They also transform propolis into an alcoholic solution and a day cream. Véronique also specializes in olive oil-based soaps enriched with honey, propolis and beeswax.
All products derived from honey (except candy and mead) are 100% local, made by Véronique herself!
