The Ferme des Noyers in Corroy-le-Grand has been a family farm since 1927. It sells well-regarded, quality meat products. The butchery raises its own cattle, using Belgian Blue cows crossed with Blonde d'Aquitaine and Rouge des Prés bulls to produce flavoursome rustic meat that benefits from the short distance from farm to fork.
