This quality also comes from the work of the milk producers, members of the cooperative, who are collected every night, thus guaranteeing the freshest possible milk.

The know-how of the dairy is recognized by numerous awards at the General Agricultural Competition as well as by many great chefs who use our products in their recipes (chicken with Etrez cream, Etrez butter for cooking frogs and breasts...).
