Pastures of Rossets, from Plan des Eaux to Entre Deux Nants belong to the Poccard-Chapuis family for several generations and the excellent Beaufort cheese with label "Beaufort chalet d'alpage" is made in the family chalet, because it's made with the milk of one herd and on the spot.
