Description

In this sunlit valley in the heart of the Seillans plain, Domaine Val d’Iris crafts AOP Côtes de Provence wines that are bright, structured, and deeply shaped by a vibrant terroir. The vineyard welcomes you from Monday to Saturday for a tasting.
Nestled in a valley in the Seillans plain (83440), at the heart of the Fayence canton, Domaine Val d’Iris produces wines under the Côtes de Provence AOP, IGP du Var, and Vin de France labels, all from its own harvest.
For 25 years, owner Anne Silberzahn has been developing a small, family-sized vineyard on the valley slopes. This high-quality terroir allows the production of rich, flavorful rosés, elegant whites, and deep, characterful reds.
For the past ten years, cellar master Ludovic Vilcoq has overseen wine production and vineyard management, assisted by Thomas Comito, who plays a key role in all aspects of the estate.
These three passionate professionals work hand in hand to bring Domaine Val d’Iris to life. Their credo: to cultivate a love of wine and of life, express the identity of the terroir, respect biodiversity, and meet the needs of their customers.
The estate welcomes visitors every day except Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., to taste its wines and stock their cellars. The vineyard is also certified Accueil Vélo, offering a warm welcome to cyclists.
